Ordering & payment
Ordering from us is easy and simple. Browse the products in www.liinun.fi and click “add to cart”. After you have chosen the products you want to purchase you can to proceed to the checkout. To pay for your order, select your “payment option” and follow the steps in the checkout, finishing with “place order”. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order and follow up e-mail once your order has been shipped to you.
We send your order as soon as possible. Average delivery time for EU countries is 3-6 days. Available payment methods for all available countries are credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard). Payment methods are free or charge. We do not collect or store payment card details electronically. Liinu’n organic beauty does not receive your complete credit card details or keep such information anywhere in our systems. All transactions are securely handled by Klarna. All information is sent through encrypted servers (SSL/HTTPS).
Please note purchasing currency is euro. Prices include 24% VAT (sales tax). If you are shopping from outside of euro area, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
You must be at least 18 years old to order from us. Liinu’n organic beauty reserves the right not to accept your order.
If you should place an order for an incorrect item please email us at email@example.com to amend the order. If the order has been despatched you will be liable for cost of delivery to and return delivery.
Please ensure your address is completed correctly and a valid phone number is available at order.
We do not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect. If the item has been undelivered or lost because of incorrect address or phone number, a new delivery will not be despatched until the original order is delivered back to us. If your order is returned to us the cost of redelivery must be paid before it is despatched again.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days during working days (Monday to Friday). We deliver to EU countries and Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. All items are despatched with a tracking number.
We use DHL and Finnish Post for delivering the parcels. The average delivery time in Scandinavia and Baltics is 2-5 days and the rest of the Europe 3-7 days.
Delivery costs inside EU and to Norway, Iceland and Switzerland are 20 euros. We offer free delivery for orders over 200 euros. Inside Finland the delivery costs are 4,90 and delivery is free for orders over 100 euros. Outside EU countries duties, taxes and fees may be collected and the
buyer is responsible for paying for them. Please check your country’s tax laws to find out what tax charged may apply. Any customs, import charges, or local taxes that are imposed on orders, are the responsibility of the customer and not of liinu’n organic beauty.
Unfortunately, from time to time stock may not be available. You will be contacted if the item you order is temporarily out of stock. You have a right to cancel the order if we can’t deliver the product within 14 work days. Possible back orders are free of delivery cost.
Despatch errors such as missing, faulty or damaged items, may occur from time to time. These must be reported within 7 days to be accepted for return. After this we are unable to accept returns. Replacements will be delivered to you and the damaged or incorrect will be required to be returned.
The delivery service we use considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 working days. Often parcels don’t take this amount of time, however please note we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed.

Returns & exchange
We hope that you will be delighted with your order! However, if you change your mind, you always have the right to return the products to us within 14 days. The return is at your own expense. Always contact us before sending the products back by e-mail email@example.com.
Note that if you open or test the product, you can’t return it anymore! The packaging must be in original untouched condition in order for the return to be possible. Goods remain in responsibility of the purchaser until they arrive to us in saleable condition. We are unable to replace or refund items damaged in transit to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive any returned item. Please use a trackable service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If a refund is issued an admin fee may apply due to the cost or processing refunds with the banks. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. If you have received a complimentary shipping but your order value after returning your items no longer qualifies for free shipping, delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
Liinu’n organic beauty
If an item is returned to us due to non-collection or customs issues a resending cost is incurred. In addition to this there’ll be an additional postage & admin charge of 30 eur to cover the transition fees and the fees of Klarna.
Did you get a wrong, broken or spoiled product? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after arrival date and we’ll either refund it or send a new product to you. Always check the package to verify that the product hasn’t been damaged during transport. If the claim is received after 14 days of arrival, liinu’n organic beauty has the right to deny return or exchange. If your package has been damaged during shipping, please contact your local post office or a shipping agent to fill out a damage report. Please contact us in case you need assistance in the procedure.
For reasons of hygiene, unsealed mascaras, eyeliners, lip products and parfumes are non- returnable.
Our products are free of the most common allergens such as artificial colour and synthetic fragrance. However some people may find they are sensitive to essential oils. Any substance, natural or chemical, is capable of triggering sensitivities – we are all unique and individual! For your protection, we always include a complete list of ingredients next to the products we stock. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds, credit or exchange, if the product is unsuitable for your needs and has been opened.
Any information provided on www.liinun.com including information related to well being and health is provided in good faith and should not be taken as being prescriptive. We will not accept responsibility for any injury or illness caused by failing to take proper medical advice or not following instructions properly. Any attempt to treat a medical condition should always come under the supervision of a qualified medical professional. Whilst we seek to provide as much information as possible about a product and its suitability, you are responsible for ensuring that it is suitable for your own needs and this includes avoiding products that include ingredients you are intolerant, sensitive or may react to.
